Terms of Service
Last updated: April 2026
These Terms of Service govern your use of the Armenian Padel League (APL) website and platform. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these terms.
Acceptance of terms
By registering for an account, participating in tournaments, or using any APL services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.
Account registration and eligibility
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. APL reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these terms. Minors must have guardian consent to register.
Player responsibilities
Registered players agree to: maintain accurate profile information, comply with tournament rules and code of conduct, accept official match results and rankings, complete required waivers before participation, and behave respectfully toward other participants, officials, and venue staff.
Tournament registration and participation
Tournament registration requires a verified account, completed profile, accepted waivers, and (where applicable) payment of entry fees. APL reserves the right to refuse or cancel registrations that do not meet eligibility requirements. Registered participants must check in at the venue to confirm participation.
Payments and refunds
Tournament entry fees and other payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers. Refund policies vary by event and will be clearly stated at the time of registration. APL is not liable for payment processing delays or errors caused by third-party providers.
Rankings and competition integrity
APL maintains an ELO-based ranking system updated after every official match. Rankings are public. Any attempt to manipulate rankings, match outcomes, or registration data may result in suspension, disqualification, and permanent ban from APL events.
Club and sponsor obligations
Clubs and sponsors that apply to partner with APL agree to comply with APL standards, provide accurate documentation, and maintain the quality and safety requirements for hosting events. Sponsor applications from restricted sectors (tobacco, weapons, illegal gambling, pornography, hate promotion, sanctioned entities) will be declined.
Intellectual property
All content on the APL website, including logos, text, graphics, and software, is the property of APL or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission from APL.
Limitation of liability
APL provides the platform on an "as is" basis. While we strive for accuracy and reliability, APL is not liable for: service interruptions, data loss due to unforeseen technical issues, injuries during tournament participation, or actions of third-party service providers.
Modifications to terms
APL may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via email. Continued use of the platform after notification constitutes acceptance of updated terms. If you disagree with changes, you may close your account.
